our commitment

mahfah has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits a minor. such content and conduct are strictly prohibited on mahfah and will be removed and reported.

mahfah is for adults (18+)

mahfah is intended only for people aged 18 and over. account creation requires an 18+ attestation, and the service is not directed to children. there are no direct messages or private/anonymous chat features in mahfah.

how we prevent and address CSAE

content moderation. photos and text submitted to mahfah are screened by automated moderation before they become visible, and content that fails screening is withheld. moderation fails closed (uncertain content is not shown).
in-app reporting. every piece of user content (a lore post, a claim, a comment) can be reported from inside the app, and any user can be blocked. a dedicated child-safety report option is available on content.
acting on reports. when content is flagged for child safety, mahfah immediately hides it, preserves it as required for law enforcement, and alerts our team to review.
reporting to authorities. when we become aware of apparent CSAM, we report it to the national center for missing & exploited children (NCMEC) via the cybertipline, and/or to the appropriate authority in our jurisdiction, and preserve the related content consistent with their guidance.
enforcement. accounts that violate these standards are removed.

how to report

in the app: use the report option on any content, and the child-safety option for child-safety concerns.
to us directly: admin@babydraft.app.
to authorities: anyone can report suspected child sexual abuse material to NCMEC's cybertipline at report.cybertip.org (or to their local hotline / law enforcement).
